Feeding the Dream: 100 individuals that qualified for the Olympic trials or the Olympics will be chosen to receive five (5) months of 24 Bar Picky Club membership for the months of March, April May, and June 2016. No purchase is necessary.

Who Can Enter: You are eligible if you are qualified to compete in the Olympic trials or in the Olympics in 2016 and register and complete the entry form located at . All entries must be submitted no later than February 26, 2016.

Employees or immediate family members of employees of Picky Bars, regardless of where they live, are not eligible to enter and will be disqualified from receiving the free 24 Bar Picky Bar Feed the Dream membership.

How are winners determined:  Winners will be chosen based on a combination of factors. First and foremost, individual winners must be confirmed qualifiers for the 2016 Olympic trials or the Olympics at the time they submitted their entry form. Picky Bars will attempt to select a diverse group of sport representations, look for people eager and in need of our support, and give weight to those who applied early. Significant weight will be given to any social media profiles and answers to the Feed the Dream entry form questions.  The decisions of the Picky judges are final.

Winners will be selected and notified no later than March 1, 2016. Winners will be notified by email. It will be your responsibility to notify Picky Bars if the email address provided on your entry form changes after submission. If Picky is unable to contact you and receive a response within five (5) business days thereafter, your membership will be forfeited and may be awarded to another Feed the Dream entrant.

Who picks the winners: We do! Picky Bar Staff.

The total retail value of the 24 Bar Picky Bar Club Membership for five (5) months is $249.75, however the prize or award may not be exchanged for cash. All contest prizes are not transferable except at the sole discretion of Picky Bars. Picky Bars reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the regular Picky Club terms and conditions, where not in conflict with these rules. This contest is void where prohibited or otherwise regulated. All federal, state and local laws apply.

Only entries submitted via the electronic entry form provided on the website above will be accepted. Entries submitted via any other method, including but not limited to U.S. Postal Service, facsimile or other express delivery services, will NOT be accepted. Picky is not responsible for phone, network, electronic or computer hardware or software failure, or technical failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Picky, entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion.

Picky Bars may prohibit any individual from participating in the contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said individual is attempting to undermine the legitimacy of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner at any time, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. By submitting your entry form, you accept all contest rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which will be final. You also agree that your answers to the entry becomes the sole property of Picky Bars, and Picky Bars reserves the right to edit, adapt, copyright, publish, transfer and use any or all of them, without compensation.

All issues and disputes regarding any aspect of the Contest, including, but not limited to the construction, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, shall be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. All suits and claims shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction situated Bend, Oregon. Picky Bars reserves the right to cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the United States Olympic Trials, USATF, the International Olympic Committee, or any of the associated and related foreign or domestic organizations. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Picky Bars and not not to United States Olympic Trials, USATF, the International Olympic Committee, or any of the associated and related foreign or domestic organizations. This Contest’s official end date is March 1, 2016.

Entry in the Feed the Dream Contest or participating in the 24 Bar Picky Bar membership will in no way be represented or construed as an endorsement of Picky Bars, its products, services, or events by the entrants or winners.

Picky Bars will not publicize any information submitted without the prior written permission of the entrant or winner, and use will be in conformance with regulations and other restrictions that may apply.
