Bills, a tanked workout, politics (), a general unrest over the state of life and what you’re doing with it… Is there anything that can better wash away the heavy weight of adulthood than kids just being kids? We loved this lifepoints picture of @travelinfitness’ kiddos Kloey and Oz for its reminder to stop taking things so seriously all the time, and to make room in the day for monkey business.
* Brief pause to recap what lifepoints is and how they end up on the wrappers of Picky Bars. #lifepoints encourages people to share their living-life-to-the-fullest moments. Whether it’s a bike ride with an old friend, swing set time with your kids after work, or a soul-cleansing trail run… Anything that makes you think, “Heck yes, this is living right!” Share your photos by tagging them #lifepoints on social media to join the fun and be considered for a future wrapper.
“This photo [on the wrapper] was taken on a typical afternoon with my kids (Kloey and Oz) at a wooded park in Bend. Everyday my kids remind me of the importance of play. No matter what’s going on in life it’s good to get outside and explore the world, discover new adventures and sometimes even hang like monkeys from a tree. I tagged #lifepoints because of the joy and excitement seen on their faces. They were in their own world of pretend play and I love to capture these moments in hopes they live on forever. For a 2 and 5 year old, hanging from a tree can make you feel like a superhero.
After seeing the wrapper we tried to go back to the tree that the pic was taken but sadly that limb has been pulled almost to the ground. So they stood on it instead. “
