DETAILS OF 2020 FEED THE DREAM SPONSORSHIP

OFFICIAL RULES

Feeding the Dream: Five (5) individuals will be selected to receive four monthly Picky Club deliveries valued at $65/month during the training window leading up to the USA Track & Field Olympic Trials (March, April, May, and June deliveries). They will also earn a portion of the proceeds from Feed the Dream t-shirts ($15/ea) sold during that window, to be totaled and split evenly between the athletes. Selected Feed the Dream athletes will also receive free athlete mentorship and a subscription to Jasyoga's Athletes for Yoga video portal. No purchase is necessary. Stipend from shirts to be paid out no later than July 31st, 2020.

Who Can Enter: Any athlete who has achieved the USATF A or B Qualification Standard for the 2020 Olympic Trials, OR, any athlete with a reasonable shot at achieving the standard and plans to compete at the Trials in Eugene. Must be 18 years or older, USA based, and complete the entry form located at www.pickybars.com/feedthedream prior to February 10th, 2020, 11:59pm PST.

Employees or immediate family members of employees of Picky Bars, regardless of where they live, are not eligible to enter.

How are winners determined:  Winners will be chosen based on need, merit, and likeability. An athlete's journey is more important than their results, as well as their enthusiasm and eagerness to be aligned with the Picky Bars brand. Any sport with a professional circuit will be considered. Applications will be read and reviewed by a panel of in-house judges, their selections will be final.

Winners will be selected and notified no later than February 28th, 2020. Winners will be notified by email first, by phone if unsuccessful. It will be your responsibility to notify Picky Bars if the email address provided on your entry form changes after submission. If Picky is unable to contact you and receive a response within three (3) business days thereafter, your membership will be forfeited and may be awarded to another Feed the Dream entrant.

Who picks the winners: We do! Picky Bar Staff.

The total minimum retail value of the Feed the Dream sponsorship for each participant is $448.94, with a maximum possibility of $838.94, not including FTD T-shirt stipend payments, however the prize or award may not be exchanged for cash. Value may increase depending on sale of Feed the Dream t-shirts, but will not decrease. All contest prizes are not transferable except at the sole discretion of Picky Bars. Picky Bars reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute a prize or prize component with a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and other expenses, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the regular Picky Club terms and conditions, where not in conflict with these rules. This contest is void where prohibited or otherwise regulated. All federal, state and local laws apply.

Only entries submitted via the electronic entry form provided on the website above will be accepted. Entries submitted via any other method, including but not limited to U.S. Postal Service, facsimile or other express delivery services, will NOT be accepted. Picky is not responsible for phone, network, electronic or computer hardware or software failure, or technical failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Picky, entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion.

Picky Bars may prohibit any individual from participating in the contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said individual is attempting to undermine the legitimacy of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner at any time, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. By submitting your entry form, you accept all contest rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which will be final. You also agree that your answers to the entry becomes the sole property of Picky Bars, and Picky Bars reserves the right to edit, adapt, copyright, publish, transfer and use any or all of them, without compensation.

All issues and disputes regarding any aspect of the Contest, including, but not limited to the construction, interpretation and enforceability of these official rules, shall be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. All suits and claims shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction situated Bend, Oregon. Picky Bars reserves the right to cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the United States Olympic Trials, USATF, the International Olympic Committee, or any of the associated and related foreign or domestic organizations. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Picky Bars and not to any of the above mentioned, or any of the associated and related foreign or domestic organizations. This Contest’s official end date is December 31, 2020.

Entry in the Feed the Dream Contest will in no way be represented or construed as an endorsement of Picky Bars, its products, services, or events by the entrants or winners.

Picky Bars will not publicize any information submitted without the prior written permission of the entrant or winner, and use will be in conformance with regulations and other restrictions that may apply.
