Servings: 2 (one during peak training mode, letsbehonest)
In a bowl whisk egg, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla until uniform in color and consistency. Add Oats, stir, and let sit for two minutes. Stir again, then microwave for 2-2:30 minutes, until center isn’t jiggly and wet. Let cool, and dig in!
