Easy Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Regular oatmeal is great, but baked oatmeal is better, and this gem from Mel featuring How 'Bout Dem Apples is even better-er because it’ll only dirty one bowl and is ready in 5 minutes!

MEL'S MICROWAVE BAKED OATMEAL

Servings: 2  (one during peak training mode, letsbehonest)

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch How ‘Bout Dem Apples
  • ½ c milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

In a bowl whisk egg, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla until uniform in color and consistency. Add Oats, stir, and let sit for two minutes. Stir again, then microwave for 2-2:30 minutes, until center isn’t jiggly and wet. Let cool, and dig in!
