Picky Bars 2016 Olympic Trials Schedule

The Track and Field Olympic Trials are once again in Eugene Oregon, a short drive over the Cascades from our home in Bend. We have our history and heart rooted in the sport, and now an army of incredible athletes who are out their chasing down their Olympic dreams to cheer on.

So of course we gon’ be there!

We’ll be posted up at the corner of 19th and Agate all week+ with runs, free samples, and other random fun stuff on the docket. If you’re in town, swing on by and say hi!


Fri 7/1 – Free Feed the Dream shirts! (while supplies last, doe)

Sat & Sun 7/2&3Cascadia Sno Cones in the house! Shaved ice topped with fresh, local, handcrafted syrups to cool down after a blistering day at the track

  • TRACK ALERT! Founder Steph Bruce toes the line in the 10k Final Sat at 11am

Mon 7/4 – Happy Independence Day! Celebrate freedom with free Humm Kombucha (thanks, Bend friends)

  • ALSO! HQ rockstar sister duo Mel & Collier Lawrence race the Steeple prelim at 4pm

Tues 7/5 – We’ll be at the Springfield 800, the world’s only straight 800 meter road race. Racing and hanging out, serving up bars and having a good time. (registration is still open!)

Weds 7/6 – Rest days are vital to training and to booth’ing

Thurs 7/7 – Free coffee from Barn Light (while supplies last and temperatures stay cool’ish)

  • SCHEDULING NOTE: Women’s steeple final at 7:45pm

Fri 7/8 – Another day of fermented tea goodness – free Humm kombucha!

Sat 7/9 – Schedule’s winding down but the party’s still rolling! Win a free drink coupon redeemable at Ninkasi’s Tasting Room by doing some challenge, trivia, or dare given by whomever’s working the booth then.

Sun 7/10 – Final day of events. Enjoy Hayward and grab a bar for the journey home.

DAILY 8:30am (10 on the 10th) – Run with Lauren! Workouts and easy runs planned, all paces and distances welcome.
