Sassy Nana Maple Protein Bars
Enjoy this protein-boosted bar recipe from our Picky Ambadassador, Natalie Hirshman, featuring Sassy Molassy Performance Granola and new Picky Drizzle!
Yields: 9 servings
Nutrition: 190 calories / 20g carb / 16g protein / 6.5g ft
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c vanilla protein powder
1 c almond flour
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp sea salt
8 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 c maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 very ripe banana
2 tbsp Picky Drizzle
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Blend wet ingredients with banana and liquify. Pour into bowl with dry ingredients and stir until blended.
Line a 9x9 baking dish with plastic wrap or foil and spread mixture evenly into the dish. Spoon Picky Drizzle on top and spread evenly. Sprinkle with Sassy Molassy. Cover with foil or wrap and place in fridge overnight. Lift bottom plastic wrap or foil out of pan (heyo convenience!) and cut into nine squares. Enjoy!
